Students that fail any Real estate appraisal class examinations may retake the entire class or just the examination the next time that specific class is offered. 

 

students have one year to complete any class or retake a failed examination. Any student over the one year time allotment for completing a course and its examination must re register and pay the full fee for the class.

 

Any student who fails the examination three times must re-apply for the class and pay the cost of tuition again.

 

It is strongly recommended that any student failing the exam, repeat most, if not all of the class prior to taking the exam on the last day of class.
